Payments

All payments must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.

We accept bank transfers and verified corporate purchase orders.

Order Cancellations
Orders already processed for dispatch cannot be cancelled.Please confirm your order details carefully before payment.
Packaging

Delivery, Tracking and Refunds
We ship to all 36 states and the FCT. International shipping is available for institutional partners — please enquire directly.
Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Rates are based on weight, volume, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from our logistics partner (GIG Logistics, DHL, or partner fleet). Use the PIN provided to monitor delivery status.
Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances — weather, logistics disruptions, or civil unrest — may cause delays. We will communicate all delays proactively.
Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted for damaged packaging or incorrect items only.

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description.

Refunds processed within 7 working days after verification.
Note: Due to the nature of nutrition and health products, returns cannot be accepted for change-of-mind or expired stock issues.
