We ensure safe and timely delivery of your nutrition products to your designated location.

Below are our shipping terms:

Shipping Locations

• We ship to all 36 states and the FCT in Nigeria.

• International shipping may be available for institutional partners (inquire directly).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are based on weight, volume, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• States in the West: 3–5 working days

• States in the South: 4–6 working days

• States in the East: 4–6 working days

• States in the North: 5–7 working days

 

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number from our logistics partner (e.g., GIG Logistics, DHL, or partner fleet).

• Use the PIN number provided to monitor the delivery status.

 

Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions, or civil unrest) may cause delays.

We will communicate all delays proactively.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of nutrition and health products, returns are only accepted for pack damage or incorrect items.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification. 

• To initiate a return, notify us within 48 hours of receiving yourpackage, including photos and a description of the issue.
